What we actually do

We pair professionals with senior practitioners - people you’d want on your hiring panel - for a 60-minute working session. The verifier asks the questions they’d ask in a real loop, scores on a calibrated rubric, and writes a verdict.

You leave with a written verification report and, if you pass, a public credential signed by your verifier’s name and company. You decide whether to publish it.

Senior judgment, applied carefully - not another resume screen, not another quiz, not another AI grader.

How we’re different

Most platforms scale by automating the assessment. We scale by calibrating the assessors. Verifiers go through a hands-on calibration session with our team before being listed, and we turn down four out of five applicants. Our credibility - and the credibility of every badge we sign - depends on keeping that bar high.
