1–5 across 4–8 skills. Score 3 means "meets the bar for the role." We train every verifier to score consistently.
Write a verdict
One paragraph in your voice. No template language. The candidate's next steps depend on what you actually think.
Suggest an action plan
3–5 specific next steps. Skills to deepen, projects to ship, books to read. We give you starting suggestions; you sign off on what you send.

You set your rate. Verifiers keep 70% of the session fee. Senior verifiers in high-demand areas charge more.
