About
I've spent close to two decades building software products. I started as an ML and data engineer in 2006, then moved through engineering management, a PMO lead role, VP of Product over a ten-team organization, and today I'm Lead Product Manager on Miro's Canvas Platform. For most of that time I've hired, coached, and assessed product people, so verifying skills here is an extension of work I already do daily. I verify two things I've practiced at depth: Customer-centric product strategy. At Xsolla I led the shift from project to product across ten teams and stood up dedicated Growth and Product Data teams so decisions came from user behavior rather than opinion. At Miro I run discovery the same way: JTBD and AJTBD analysis, developer-as-user interviews, and a habit of validating before scaling. When I assess, I look for whether you can trace a strategy back to a real customer job and defend the trade-offs behind it. AI-first product management. My AI work started in 2006 with published research on pattern recognition, and it's hands-on again today. I build and operate RAG and agentic systems, run an AI-first product venture, co-lead the Yerevan chapter of The AI Collective, and speak publicly on how the PM role is shifting under AI. I care about the line between AI as a thin wrapper and AI as the core of the product, and I'll probe for whether you see it too. How I run a session: structured, fair, and practical.
