Task: A 10-minute rapid-prioritization exercise based on a hypothetical resource constraint. 3. Product Execution (The "How"): Verification of your ability to write crisp PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, QA). 4. Data & Unit Economics: Evaluating how you define success. We look for proficiency in North Star metrics, $LTV/CAC$ logic, and cohort analysis. 5. Stakeholder & Conflict Management: I test how you handle "difficult" clients or misaligned executive expectations.
