The verification is broken down into five core competencies 1. Strategic Discovery & Roadmap Logic: Can you transform a vague business "vision" into a prioritized, defensible roadmap? 2. Task: A 10-minute rapid-prioritization exercise based on a hypothetical resource constraint. 3. Product Execution (The "How"): Verification of your ability to write crisp PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, QA). 4. Data & Unit Economics: Evaluating how you define success. We look for proficiency in North Star metrics, $LTV/CAC$ logic, and cohort analysis. 5. Stakeholder & Conflict Management: I test how you handle "difficult" clients or misaligned executive expectations.
