What happened in the session
* Marine’s CV structure was already clear and well organized, and there were no major issues that required changes. The discussion therefore focused more on strengthening the portfolio than rewriting the CV.
* During the portfolio review, the Polytechnic project stood out as the main area requiring improvement, particularly its UI polish and visual execution.
* We identified that the portfolio would benefit from one additional admin/dashboard project to demonstrate experience with more complex product interfaces, data-heavy workflows, and reusable UI patterns.
* Marine showed interest in using AI as part of her design process, rather than treating AI only as a separate experimentation tool. This led to the recommendation to build her next project with AI involved throughout the workflow.
* We discussed experimenting with Google Stitch, particularly improving prompt quality and iterating on generated results rather than relying on the first output.
